K S Narayanan is the CEO of Pan India Food Solutions Private Limited, and he plays a key role in shaping long-term growth strategies for the company, besides building various restaurant brands in India.
Narayanan, an alumnus of IIT (Madras) and IIM (Calcutta), brings with him 25 years of rich and varied experience from the corporate world with leading companies. He comes with an insightful understanding of customers and brands in the Food and Beverage space.
He is also a fitness enthusiast and is a regular at the Mumbai and Delhi marathons.
Anup Gandhi has joined us as the CFO of Pan India Food Solutions Private Limited, overseeing the financial operations of company.
Anup is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has an extensive and rich experience of over 16 years in the field of finance, administration and public accounting across diverse sectors such as Education, Retail and Consumer durables. He brings with him wealthy and varied knowledge from his stints with Price Waterhouse Coopers, Philips Electronics India Limited, Murjani Group and MT Educare. Anup spearheaded and played a significant role in taking MT Educare to the public markets and listing on the BSE/NSE.
A pioneer in new cuisine and possibly one of the new breed of designer chefs, Sanjay has taken flavors from Indian food and merged them with continental cuisine, far eastern and continental cuisines to the delight of many a gourmet. Having co – authored a book called ‘Foods of India’ for the Oberoi Hotels, Sanjay is also credited with cookery shows on television with Jiggs Kalra and Karen Anand. Sanjay is also the only Indian chef whose recipe was shown in the leading hotels of the world magazine with 3 other international chefs.

Prior to his current assignment, Bill Marchetti worked with ITC Welcome Group as Corporate Executive Chef for Italian Cuisine for their eight 5 star Sheraton properties. He was also in charge of the ‘Marchetti at West View’ Restaurant at ITC Maurya Sheraton in New Delhi, which during his tenure was voted by The Times of India Restaurant guide as ‘Best Italian Restaurant’.
Bill has vast international experience of having conducted workshops & promotions of Italian food paired with Italian Wine across the globe in countries like Japan, China, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, UK. Etc.
In 1997, the prestigious “Insegna del Ristorante Italiano” was awarded to Bill Marchetti by the Italian President, Mr Oscar Luigi Scalfaro in Rome for Marchetti’s Latin Restaurant (An International Award given by the Italian Government to recognize true and authentic Italian Restaurants worldwide)
Marchetti’s Latin restaurant has more awards like the American Express Restaurant Award for Outstanding Performance and Service in the Category of Best European Restaurant in Melbourne, Best Italian Restaurant in Melbourne, Best Italian Restaurant in Melbourne & Hall of Fame to add to the list of awards.
